When is my coffee roasted?
We roast regularly, in small batches. Your order ships within 48 business hours, with the coffee from the closest roast.
What are the delivery times?
France: 2 to 3 business days. European Union: 3 to 6 business days. Free delivery from €50 within mainland France.
Do you sell ground coffee?
Our bags are sold as whole beans to preserve the aromatics.
How should I store my coffee?
In its resealable bag, away from light, at room temperature. Avoid the fridge. Best enjoyed within six weeks of opening.
What is a drip bag?
An individual filter sachet holding 10 g of ground coffee. You rest it on your mug and pour hot water in three stages: coffee with no equipment, in three minutes.
Can I order as a professional?
Yes. We supply coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, fine grocers and other businesses, with volume pricing and our support. See the trade section.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay — almost everything. Payment and shipping are handled by Shopify, in a secure environment.
Can I return an order?
You have 14 days to change your mind on an unopened product. Opened food products cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons.
